How to Adjust DuraFlex Partials Chairside:
- Use a green barrel stone using long strokes at 20,000 to 25,000 RPM. Any faster and you will overheat the material.
- Use a BP Blade to remove any frays.
- Use a brown rubber point with long strokes at 20,000 to 25,000 RPM.
- Use the BP Blade again to remove frays.
- Finally use a green rubber point with long strokes at 20,000 to 25,000 RPM. This should bring back the polish and smoothness.
