Return shipping from Oral Arts is a flat fee of $7.00. All you have to do is pack your case using one of our shipping labels and schedule a pickup by calling us at 1-800-354-2075.
What should I send with each case?

- • If sending model work, please wrap all models to ensure safe shipping

Where are the restorations and prosthesis fabricated?
All restorations are fabricated in one of our state-of-the art laboratories, here in the United States. We guarantee that all of our materials are FDA cleared and fabricated by highly skilled and trained dental technicians.

How do I get started?

- Be sure to tell the customer service rep that you are a laboratory to insure you get special pricing.
- You will then receive a lab kit that includes an RX pad, case packing supplies, a lab fee schedule, and some promotional items.
- When you have a case ready to send to Oral Arts, just call us to schedule a pickup.
